RiotTalk is a small program that keeps you connected with your friends on League of Legends without needing to have the PvP.Net client open. This is a little program I created on the side, mainly for my own use. It should work, but I’m not looking to support it. It’s just a zip file with no installer, simply unpack it where you want, read the readme.txt (this explains how to get the LoL buddy icons to show in RiotTalk) and run it.
